Program je určen pro simulaci zkoušky hydraulického tlumiče odpružení na hydraulickém pulzátoru. Zkoušený tlumič je zatěžován za různých zkušebních podmínek střídavým roztahováním a stlačováním. Model testeru je adaptován na 1/4 nelineárním dynamickém modelu vozidla se 2 stupni volnosti. Charakteristiku tlumiče odpružení i všechny pružné členy lze zadávat jako nelineární, včetně simulace vůlí v uložení či smykového tření. Výstupem simulace jsou průběhy tlumících sil v závislosti na rychlosti pístnice (budící signál). Program je využíván zaměstnanci i studenty FSI pro řešení výzkumných i diplomních projektů. Nenahraditelný je zejména při identifikaci parametrů simulačních modelů automobilových závěsů kol.
English abstract
The program is designed for simulation of the hydraulic damper tests on hydraulic pulsator. Examined shock absorber is loaded at different experimental conditions with rebound and compression cycles. The model of tester is adapted on the 1/4 non-linear dynamic vehicle model with 2 DOF. The characteristics of the damper and all spring elements can be given as non-linear including a mounting backslash or sliding friction. The outputs from the simulation are the courses of the damping forces depending on the piston speed (excitation signal). This program is used by FME students and employees for solving of research and diploma projects. It is irreplaceable particularly for identification of parameters of simulation model of vehicle suspension.
