Original abstract

Heat treatment of rolled materials requires designing spray cooling sections with sufficient and controllable cooling intensity. Cooling of flat products (strips, sheets and plates) without thermally inducted distortion requires reaching high uniformity of cooling. The most difficult problem is to keep cooling uniformity with variability of cooling intensity.

Pro tepelné zpracování valcováných materiálů je nezbytné navrhnout chladící sekci s dostatečnou chladící intenzitou ,kterou můžeme regulovat. Chlazeních tabulových výrobků (pásů, plechů a desek) bez tepelné deformace vyžaduje dosžení vysoké homogenity chlazení. Největší problémem je dosažení homogeního chlazení při proměnné chladící intenzitě.
