Original abstract

This project deals with the design of a hydraulic reapers drive unit and the realization of its working prototype. The unit is designed with freelance wheel drive and continual change of speed and direction. A part of the drive unit is a remote control, primarily used for control of movement and mowing. The concept design, fulfilling all requirements for building a prototype and its subsequent testing, was created based on a research analysis. Engineering design was performed in Autodesk Inventor 2012. The final prototype was built by a sponsoring company. Components were chosen with regard to their functionality, quality and cost.

Czech abstract

Tato práce se zabývá konstrukcí hydralucké pohonné jednotky, určené především pro sekání vysokého porostu v těžce dostupných místech. Jednotka je konstruována s nezávislým pohonem kol a variabilně měnitelnou rychlostí pojezdu. Jednotka je řízená pomocí dálkového ovládání, kde je primárně řízen pohon a spouštění pracovního příslušenství. Koncept splňuje všechny náležistosti pro stavbu reálného prototypu a jeho následného testování. Zařízení je konstruováno za pomocí moderních softwarů. Všechny komponenty byly vybrány s důrazem na jejich funkcinonalitu kvalitu a cenu s ohledem na následnou komercionalizaci.
