Original abstract
This contribution is focused on worldwide commonly used synthetic musk compounds and their occurrence in water biota, specifically in fish muscle. Method of maximum likelihood considering doubly left-censored samples is used for statistical evaluation of musk compound concentration. As for model distributions, the exponential and Weibull distributions are considered. Moreover, using the asymptotic properties of maximum likelihood estimates, concentrations of musk compounds extracted from the fish samples caught in front of and behind a wastewater treatment plant are compared.

Příspěvek je zaměřen na celosvětově užívané syntetické musk sloučeniny a jejich výskyt ve vodní biotě, konkrétně v rybí svalovině. Pro statistické vyhodnocení koncentrací musk sloučenin je použita metoda maximální věrohodnosti aplikována na dvojitě zleva cenzorovaný výběr. Jako modelová rozdělení jsou uvažována exponenciální a Weibullovo rozdělení. Užitím asymptotických vlastností maximálně věrohodných odhadů jsou porovnány koncentrace musk sloučenin extrahovaných z ryb chycených před a za čističkou odpadních vod.
