Original abstract

Increasing efficiency is one of theme in development of machine tools. With increasing effort to saving electric energy, this theme starting be more and more actual. Better design of electric drives is one of way, how can be increase efficiency. Simulation of machine tools can help with this. This article deal simulation of linear axis with ball screw and parallel working permanent magnet synchronous machine (PMSM). Simulation will be serving for compression drive of ball screw with two parallel PMSM or with one. Main task of this compression will be compression of consume electric energy for different type of operation of linear axis.

Czech abstract

Zvýšení účinnosti je jedním z témat v oblasti vývoje obráběcích strojů. S rostoucí úsilí o úspory elektrické energie začíná být toto téma více a více aktuální. Lepší design elektrických pohonů je jedním ze způsobu, jak můžeme zvyšit účinnost mechanismu. Tento článek se zabývá simulací lineární osy s kuličkovým šroubem a paralelně pracující synchronní stroje s permanentním magnetem (PMSM). Simulace bude sloužit ke stanovení účinnosti pohonu s kuličkovým šroubem s dvěma paralelními PMSM nebo jedním pohonem. Hlavním úkolem je sledovat chování těchto variant při různých praocvních podmínkách lineární osy.
