Original abstract
Many biotechnologies, e.g. for extraction and purification of natural extracts and related products made from biological materials, must often operate under (bio)fouling conditions. Fouling of heat exchangers cannot be fully prevented. It is therefore important to study designs of fouling resistant heat exchangers.

Mnoho biotechnologie, např. k extrakci a purifikaci přírodních extraktů a souvisejících výrobků z biologických materiálů, často musí pracovat v (bio) škodlivých podmínkách. Znečištění z výměníků tepla nemůže být zcela zabráněno. Je proto důležité, aby studovat návrhy škodlivých odolných výměníků tepla.
