Original abstract
The measurements of matrix and trace elements in liquid solutions of algae are discussed. The newly constructed modular apparatus for liquid samples can be directly attached to the current experimental setup of single-pulse and double-pulse LIBS (SP and DP LIBS). The narrow steady flow of the investigated liquid is realized with combination of peristaltic pump and in-house made jet.

Jsou diskutovány možnosti měření matričních a stopových prvků v roztocích řas. Nově konstruované modulární zařízení může být přímo vloženo do stávajícího experimentálního uspořádání pro jednopulzní a dvoupulzní spektroskopii laserem buzeného plazmatu (SP LIBS a DP LIBS). Úzký proud sledované kapaliny je zajištěn pomocí peristaltické pumpy a trysky vlastní výroby.
