Těhlice kola je důležitým prvkem vozidla. Přenáší zatížení od kol vozidla a umožňuje (společně s nábojem) rotaci kola. V případě správné konstrukce umožňuje rovněž jednoduché a přesné nastavení geometrie nápravy. Těhlice přední – formule je určena především pro formulové vozidlo s nízkým výkonem. Navržená těhlice umožňuje jednoduché nastavování odklonu kola (aniž by docházelo ke změně sbíhavosti) vkládáním přesných podložek mezi těhlici a konzolu. S ohledem na vysoké namáhání dílu byl jako materiál zvolen vysokopevnostní dural EN AW 7022 (CERTAL). Pro dosažení lepšího vedení kola a lepšího rozložení tlaků působících na ložisko a pro minimalizaci valivého tření jsou použita ložiska s kosoúhlým stykem velkého průměru (SKF série 718).
English abstract
The wheel upright is an important part of the vehicle. It transfers the load from the wheels and enables (together with the wheel hub) the rotation of the wheel. It enables also the simple and accurate setting of the axle alignment in the case of the right design. Front upright – formula is intended especially for the formula car with low power. The designed upright enables the simple and accurate setting of the axle alignment (without toe angle alteration) due to inserting of the bright washers between the upright and the bracket. High strength dural EN AW 7022 (CERTAL) was chosen as a material in consideration of the high stress. Bearings with oblique contact and high diameter are used for the better wheel control, better bearing load distribution and for the rolling friction minimization.
