English abstract
For the analysis of cutting conditions were used for turning the results on the basis of development chart has been compiled to calculate all required values are tabulated and provide a set of data which enable a very accurate description of the process of aluminum alloys machining. The proposed problem can be addressed from two perspectives. The first aspect is the metallurgical and the second based on the chip formation mechanism and deformation behavior of workpiece material. Theoretical analysis as performed in this paper allows to obtain the necessary values for predicting the behavior of these alloys at cutting and thereby give the technology a tool for managing this process.
