Highly porous brittle materials have broad range of usage especially in engineering practice. Moreover, their use is still expanding. Application these materials is connected above all with their unique properties, mainly low relative weight connected with large specific surface area.

Vysoce porézní křehké materiály mají široké spektrum použití, zejména v technické praxi. Navíc, jejich použití se stále rozšiřují. Použití těchto materiálů souvisí především s jejich jedinečnými vlastnostmi, nízká relativní váha s poměrně velkým povrchem.
