Original abstract

The sintering of alumina, zirconia and ceria ceramics prepared by means of injection moulding was studied using high-temperature dilatometry. Two types of heating schedules were used: constant rate of heating (with optimized dwell time) and rate controlled sintering. No significant influence of thermal history on microstructure of sintered samples was found.

Slinování Al2O3, ZrO2 a CeO2 keramiky připravené injekčním vstřikováním bylo studováno pomocí vysokoteplotní dilatometrie. Byly použity dva typy teplotního cyklu: s konstantní rychlostí ohřevu (s optimalizovanou délkou prodlevy) a slinování s řízenou rychlostí slinování. Nebyl nalezen významný vliv teplotní historie na mikrostrukturu slinutého vzorku.

English abstract

The sintering of alumina, zirconia and ceria ceramics prepared by means of injection moulding was studied using high-temperature dilatometry.
