Technické řešení se týká kloubního implantátu, zejména kolenního kloubu, sestávajícího z femorální části, vložky a tibiální části. Kloubní implantát je vyroben tak, že se vyhodnotí CT data pacientova postiženého kolenního kloubu a na základě editace těchto dat v CAx aplikaci se vytvoří individuální 3D model skořepiny. Finální 3D model je následně převeden do STL formátu ve vysokém rozlišení, načež se vyrobí skořepina například pomocí aditivní metody Direct Metal Laser Sintering.
English abstract
Technical solution is concerning with the joint implant, especially of the knee joint, consisting of femoral part, inset and tibial part. To produce joint implant, first the analysis of CT data of patient's knee joint has to be done; then the individual 3D model of the shell is made by editing these data in CAx application. Next the final 3D model is in high resolution converted into STL format and then the shell is produced for example by additive method Direct Metal Laser Sintering.
