Original abstract
This report deals with development of measurement method for investigation of energy–saving ventilation, which allows us to exhaust the contaminant from the place of its generation. For quantitative evaluation of ventilation the tracer gas technique is used and for qualitative evaluation of ventilation smoke method is used. The most suitable tracer gas is sought out and different types of tail ends of injection system are investigated by interferometric method. Measurement equipment for investigation of exhaust efficiency of local hoods and results of flow visualisation in front of two types of hoods are also presented here.
