Digitální zobrazující spektrofotometr umožňuje v široké spektrální oblasti (tj. v blízké UV a viditelné oblasti spektra) měřit ex situ průběh relativní odrazivosti resp. propustnosti nehomogenních neabsorbujících i slabě absorbujících tenkých vrstev na velké ploše studovaného povrchu.
English abstract
Digital imaging spectrophotometer makes possible ex-situ measurement of spectral dependences of relative reflectance or transmittance of non-homogeneous, non-absorbing and also weakly absorbing thin films along a large area of a surface under study within a broad spectral range (near UV and visible region).
