Original abstract
The lecture summarizes several recent developments in process simulation and optimization methods and tools. A selection of results obtained using these computations is included as well. It is shown that tailor-made simulations may provide key insights necessary for optimum design and operation of various processes and equipment.

Přednáška shrnuje nějnovější trendy v procesu simulace a optimalizace metod a nástrojů spalování biomasy. Součástí je též výběr výsledků těhcto simulací, který potvrzuje, že simulace site procesu na míru poskytují klíčové informace k optimálnímu návrhu a provozu procesů a zařízení.
English abstract
