Original abstract
The development of a new type of water turbine was aimed for a covering of small heads and large discharges.Two blades only on the runner are used. The distributor is missing. The governing is possible by speed of the runner. The efficiency curve is flat, the whole turbine has the small cost of production.The casting over extremely small heads is possible, the cavitation properties are excellent.

English abstract
Vývoj nového typu vodní turbíny byl zaměřen na zpracování extrémně nízkých spádů a poměrně značných průtoků.Jedná se o dvoulopatkové oběžné kolo bez rozvaděče, které je možné regulovat pouze otáčkově.Vykazuje plochou křivku účinnosti, celá turbína se vyznačuje poměrně značně nízkými výrobními náklady. Vývoj byl zaměřen právě na typ stroje, který v oblasti velmi nízkých spádů a vysokých průtoků dosahuje přijatelné účinnosti při nízkých výrobních nákladech.
