Original abstract
The purpose of this work was to compare mechanical properties of the intact spinal segment, segment with 360 fusion and segment with total disk replacement (TDR). The problem area was solved by means of experimental modeling applying the ZWICK testing machine where loading for statuses of the spinal segment was simulated.

Cílem této práce bylo porovnat mechanické vlastnosti páteřního segmentu neporušeného, segmentu s 360st fúzí a segmentu s totální náhradou disku. Problém byl řešen pomocí experimentálního modelování na zkušebním stroji ZWICK.
