Original abstract

The logistic processes at higher than operative levels must be evaluated from a discriminative level of Process Relations Fields. The blazons, cycles, environments are such a this relation fields where the processes act dominant role. The using of the ToP is suitable here for its abilities to work in vector fields, which are parameterized by the real time, space and the real information. Great signification of Mandelbrot mathematical apparatus [1] be before specially in a relation to ToPÓ. It indicates quite new approach in technological philosophy and in industrial engineering methods, which are goal-directed on processes. ToP methodology can be used for an implementation of process fractal by help of Process Quantum definition. The Fractal Process has the attributes: dynamism, self-organization and self-optimizing.
