Original abstract
The chapter covers steps of implementation of devices which are important from the point of view of solution to two significant clinical problems where device control in real time is essential. The first of them is related to the spine problems, the second one is connected to the most frequently applied complete endoprosthesis in term of their malfunctioning in consequence of abrasion.

Kapitola obsahuje kroky implementace zařízení, která jsou významná z hlediska řešení dvou důležitých klinických úloh, kdy je nezbytné řízení zařízení v reálném čase. První úloha se vztahuje k problematice páteře, druhá se vztahuje k nejčastěji aplikované totální endoprotéze s ohledem na selhání v důsledku otěru.
English abstract
