Podrobně je probrán a zhodnocen princip kombinované výroby elektřiny a tepla, jeho přínosy pro úsporu paliv. Podrobně jsou probrány všechny typy tepláren (teplárny s parními turbinami, teplárny s plynovými turbinami, teplárny se spalovacími motory, paroplynové teplárny, teplárny s binárními cykly, s palivovými články), dále centralizovaná a decentralizovaná kombinovaná výroba elektřiny a tepla, tepelné sítě.

Podrobně je probrán a zhodnocen princip kombinované výroby elektřiny a tepla, jeho přínosy pro úsporu paliv. Podrobně jsou probrány všechny typy tepláren (teplárny s parními turbinami, teplárny s plynovými turbinami, teplárny se spalovacími motory, paroplynové teplárny, teplárny s binárními cykly, s palivovými články), dále centralizovaná a decentralizovaná kombinovaná výroba elektřiny a tepla, tepelné sítě.
English abstract
This chapter provides explanation and assessment of the cogeneration, its benefits i. e. the fuel savings. Chapter also describes all the types of heating plants (heating plants with steam turbines, gas turbines, engines, binary cycles and fuel cells), centralized and decentralized heat and electricity production, heat distribution systems.
