Original abstract

In the earlier paper [Čermák,L.-Drahoňovský,Z.: Solution of the first problem of plane elasticity by an improved method of superposition, Building Research Journal (42),1994,pp.137-147] the authors proposed an improved superposition method, close to the boundary element method, and demonstrated its advantages on the rectangular domains. The article enlarges the applicability of the proposed method to further types of loading and confirms also its efficiency for more general domains.
