Original abstract
Thermal comfort and also reduction of energy requirements of air-conditioning system in vehicle cabins are currently very intensively investigated and up-to-date issues. The article deals with the description of capabilities of 1D simulation tools (e.g. RadTherm, Theseus-FE) in the branch of the cabin indoor environment simulation models. The advantages, disadvantages and specifics of 1D software tools are mentioned as well. Performance and capabilities of this tools are demonstrated on the example of the car cabin and the results from simulation are compared with the results from the real car cabin climate chamber measurement. Simulation and measurement were performed under climate conditions of a very hot summer day with cool down cabin cenario.

Zajištění tepelné pohody v kabině dopravních prostředků při minimalizaci energetických nároků je v současné době aktuální a intenzivně zkoumanou problematikou. Článek pojednává o využití 1D simulačních nástrojů (např. RadTherm, Theseus-FE) při tvorbě modelů pro simulaci vnitřního prostředí v kabinách dopravních prostředků, zmiňuje jejich možnosti, výhody a nevýhody. Možnosti 1D simulačních nástrojů jsou demonstrovány na příkladu modelu osobního automobilu, přičemž výsledky simulace jsou porovnány s měřením na reálném automobilu. Simulace i měření byly provedeny pro případ chlazení kabiny za podmínek velmi horkého letního dne.
