Original abstract

Static and fatigue behavior of riveted and riv-bonded joints, consists of blind rivets (d = 3,2 mm) and adhesive PU – 50, are presented in the paper. Especially relation between stress concentration around rivet hole and fatigue life of riveted resp. riv-bonded joints are presented. Also influence of adhesive on stress concentration and final fatigue life of riv-bonded joints are examined. The paper contains numerical analyses of particular parts of joints and also real static and fatigue experiments are included.

V tomto p?ísp?vku jsou prezentovány statické a únavové vlastnosti nýtovaných a lepeno – nýtovaných spoj?, skládajících se z trnových nýt? (d = 3,2mm) a lepidla PU – 50. Zvlášt? je prezentován vztah mezi koncentraci nap?tí v okolí otvoru pro nýt a únavovými vlastnostmi nýtovaných resp. lepeno – nýtovaných spoj?. Zkoumán je také vliv lepidla na koncentraci nap?tí a na výslední únavové vlastnosti lepeno – nýtovaných spoj?. ?lánek obsahuje numerické analýzy vybraných ?ástí spoj? a také jsou v n?m uvedeny výsledky statických a únavových experiment?.
