Original abstract

This article describes a CFD simulation methodology developed for simplified 2D model of SJ A and its evaluation for 3D model of SJA behaviour. The methodology is based on unsteady Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes CFD approach to simulate effect of SJA on external flow. Unsteady boundary conditions input was fine tuned to match published experimental results.

Článek popisuje metodologii CFD simulací vyvinutou pro zjednodušený 2D model SJ A a její ověření na chování SJA u 3D modelu. Metodologie je založena na nesta cionárním Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes CFD přístupu k simulování vlivu SJA na vnější proudění. Nestacionární okrajová podmínka byla naladěna tak, aby výsledk y odpovídaly publikovanému experimentálnímu měření.
