Original abstract
The facts which led to the origination of mechatronics and biomechatronics are analyzed in the contribution. These branches and additionally biomechanics are determined here from the point of view of the present knowledge level. The classification of biomechatronic products and illustrative examples of this classification are presented. The contribution contains eleven attributes of biomechatronics. The contribution further demonstrates the examples of biomechatronic products: the torque screwdriver for bone tissue, experimental device for spine elements testing and experimental device for testing the abrasion of polyethylene coating of total endoprothesis
Czech abstract
V příspěvku je analyzováno, jaké skutečnosti vedly ke vzniku mechatroniky a biomechatroniky. Tyto obory a navíc biomechanika, jsou zde vymezeny z pohledu současné úrovně poznání. Je zde uvedeno členění biomechatronických výrobků a ilustrativní příklady na toto členění. Příspěvek obsahuje jedenáct atributů biomechatroniky. Závěr příspěvku je věnován konkretním ukázkám biomechatronických výrobkků, konkrétně elektronicky řízenému momentovému klíči pro utahování šroubů do kostní tkáně, experimentálnímu zařízení pro testování prvků páteře, mechatronickému zkušebnímu zařízení pro testování velikosti abraze na stykových plochách totálních endoprotéz.

The facts which led to the origination of mechatronics and biomechatronics are analyzed in the contribution.
