Original abstract
OIM – a special branch of recently developed analytical method called EBSD is presented. Three case studies are given: grain size measurement of severly defomed aluminium, identification of sigma-phase in nickel alloy and texture analysis of ferritic stainless steel.
Czech abstract
Je popisována specifická odnož analytické metody EBSD, zvaná OIM. Jsou zde uvedeny tři případové studie, ve kterých byla tato metodika uplatněna: měření velikosti zrna silně deformovaného hliníku, identifikace sigma-fáze v niklové superslitině a texturní analýza feritické korozivzdorné oceli.
