Original abstract

The release of pressure in occluding cuffs placed on both thighs after 5 minute-long occlusion brings about a decrease in systelic and diastolic blood pressure of 10-30 mmHg followed by baroreflex mediatel return of blood pressure to original level.

V příspěvku jsou předloženy výsledky sledování srdečního tlaku a tlakových komponent baroreflexní citlivosti u pacientů s primární hypertenzí.
