Original abstract

Surface replacement is one of many possible solutions to remedy hip joint diseases. From the biomechanical point of view, analysis of the surface replacement behavior in human body means to determine the strain-stress states at selected points in the stochastically specified input values or the two computational models of the hip (physiological and surface compensation).

Czech abstract

Povrchová náhrada je jedna z mnoha variant řešení onemocnění kyčelního kloubu. Z biomechanického pohledu je problém odezvy řešen deformačně napěťovou analýzou s následným stochastickým vyhodnocením odezvy modelu kostní hmoty na implantát povrchové náhrady.

English abstract

Surface replacement is one of many possible solutions to remedy hip joint diseases.
