Original abstract
The paper deals with determination of selected process parameters for thin sheet metals with zinc coating. The sheet metals are hard soldered under angle of 45 and 90. The hard soldering joint was produced by a new type of melting iron based on AlSi12. A tool was develeped for hard soldering. This tool allowed accomplishment of the joint and allowed to optimise the gap between sheet metals. The hard soldering joints were subjected to a tensile test and to Erichsens test. A course of joint thickness were investigated at soldered specimens.

Příspěvek pojednává o stanovení vybraných procesních parametrů pro tenké plechy s povlakem zinku s pájenými spoji pod úhly 45 st a 90 st. Pájený spoj byl vytvořen novým typem zahraniční pájky na bázi AlSi12. Pro pájení byl vyvinut přípravek, který sloužil k vlastnímu provedení spoje a umožnil optimalizovat mezeru mezi plechy pro pájení. Pájené spoje byly podrobeny tahové zkoušce a technologické zkoušce podle Erichsena. U pájených vzorků byl sledován jejich průběh tloušťky po pájení.
