Original abstract

This work belongs to the sphere of computer vision. It deals with the human sperm analysis. The sterility of the current pairs is caused by the man in more than thirty percents. There can be several reasons: genetic mistakes, drinking alcohol, drug taking, smoking, steroids, using several drugs, several illnesses too, frequent sauning, hot baths, wearing tight clothes and sitting in the job. Nowadays, the necessity of superior and reliable analysis of separate samples occurs much more often. Therefore, this work which uses the method of Phase correlation for recognition the samples arose. Due to the method of Phase correlation the movement of all objects in the picture can be recognized. As the source of the method a CCD camera placed on a microscope taking snaps of video-sequence of the samples which are divided into single snaps was used. The method of Phase correlation doesn't operate in the real time because the time of processing single snaps depends on many factors. However, the method has many advantages and can be used for the analyses of single objects in the picture.
