Original abstract

Comprehensive quantitaive information on the heat transfer phenomena is not availabl for quenching of hot moving surfaces. Attention is focused on the search for boundary conditions describing the heat transfer in engineering applications of spray cooling of metal surfaces.

V tomoto přípsěvku je pozornost zaměřena na nalezení okrajových podmínek popisujících přenos tepla v inženýrském použití chlazení ostřikem kovových povrchů.
