Original abstract
An analysis has been performed to determine magnitude of axial force depending on coefficients from experiments. Impellers with and without fins on the backside of impeller were studied. Results obtained using theoretical relations and CFD code Fluent are compared. Paper also presents influence of other impeller parameters on axial force magnitude. The final comparison is carried out using experimental data. Navier-Stokes equations and continuity equation for incompressible liquid were employed for analysis.
Czech abstract
K řešení budou využity Navier-Stokesovy rovnice a rovnice kontinuity. Kapalina je považována za nestlačitelnou. Ze sil, kterými je rotor čerpadla zatížen, budou uvažovány pouze ty, které mají nenulový průmět do osy rotace kola. Zatížení rotoru v tomto směru je možné rozdělit na sílu vyvolanou prouděním kapaliny kolem a sílu danou účinkem kapaliny na vnější plochy disků. V dalším budou oba tyto případy rozebrány. Pro předem definovanou skupinu čerpadel jsou výsledky z teoretických vztahů srovnány s výpočtem za pomoci softwaru Fluent.
