Original abstract
An important area of the CCM is so-called secondary cooling zone, where air-water jets positioned on the upper and lower sides of the concasting are used. A great number of experiments had been conducted on an experimental laboratory device simulating the surface of a concasting in order to determine the intensity of the cooling jets. The measurements are converted to the courses of the heat transfer coefficients. These coefficients are used as the main input data of the numerical model of the temperature field.

Důležitou oblastí kontinuálně licího stroje je t.zv. sekundární zona, kde jsou na horní a spodní straně umístěny vodovzdušné trysky . Bylo uskutečněno velké množství laboratorních experimentů simulujících povrch odlitku pro určení intenzity chlazení tryskami. Měření jsou převedena do průběhu hodnot součinitele přestupu tepla. Tyto součinitelé jsou dále použity jako základní vstupní data pro numerický model teplotního pole.
