Original abstract

Goal of project Moebius is to develop a modular virtual map server, which plays role "man-in-themiddle" during geodata transfers. It is able to accept requests on the geodata, redirect them to the real mapservers and provide the results to the clients. This allows to control accesses to geodata, abstract mapservers from Internet, make common interface for all map services etc.

Virtuální mapserver pro práci s geografickými daty. Slouží pro vzdálenou správu geografických dat.
