Original abstract

This paper solves biomechanical problems of the hip joint. Many surgical operations on pathological hips are based on the improvement of improper anatomical and mechanical conditions in the joint, resulting from modification or reconstruction of its geometry. These operations, such as osteotomies are very complex. It is up-to-date to concern with biomechanics of pathological hips especially in young patients and it is necessary to supplement the existing clinical findings with the results of mechanical analyses.
