The automotive industry endeavours fo manufacture parts at optimum cost and mass, on the vbasis of a correct choice of material, manufacturing process and geometrical shape. The importance of die-casting, with all its pros and cons, is increasing.

Snahou automobilového průmyslu je vyrábět součásti s optimálními náklady a hmotností na základě správné volby materiálu výrobního postupu a geometrického tvaru. Zvyšuje se význam tlakového lití se všemi jeho přednostmi a nedostatky.
