Original abstract

When analysing the risk of sepsis the multivariate generalized linear model (MGLM) can be employed. The paper describes an application of analysis of deviance to testing the influence of two studied polymorphism of genes. Power of the test based on deviance and its asymptotic approximation is also considered.

Czech abstract

Analýzu rizika sepse je možné založit na mnohorozměrném zobecněném lineárním modelu. V článku je užita analýzy deviance pro test vlivu dvou studovaných polymorfismů genů. Mimo jiné je též studována síla testu založeného na devianci a její asymptotická aproximace.

English abstract
