Original abstract
The best energy is saved energy. Everybody agrees. Developed countries call for energy savings but deliver to developing countries old technologies, which are not used in the US or EU any more. It is business as we can often hear. On the other hand, new technologies are too expensive for third world. Are there ways to solve this problem? The other thing is a difference between an energy consumption in the developed and developing world. A "rich North" uses much more energy per person in comparison with the "poor South". The North wastes much more energy than would be necessary. The third world uses energy mostly for basic life needs, not for entertainment or other not necessary purposes. Just one example: Stand-by electronic devices in EU need thousands MWs. Such a capacity would be sufficient for a middle size African country. The paper deals with those problems, a people behavior, and needs of people education. Energy sources created during millions years should be not exhausted during decades of years and not by a minority of a population. A globalization enables to solve energy needs not only for privileged, so called civilized, population but for all people living at our planet.
