Teplovodní kotel „ZKGK“, jak je realizovaný kotel interně označován, se skládá ze dvou základních částí. Zplyňovací komory a výměníku. Každá část je vyráběna a dodávána samostatně. V místě instalace budou obě části spojeny. Zplyňovací komora je tvořena ocelovou konstrukcí s vyzdívkou ze žárobetonových tvárnic. Plášť komory je tvořen vodní dvoustěnnou z ocelových plechů. Vnitřní část dvoustěny je opatřena tepelnou izolací. Na izolaci navazuje vyzdívka z žárobetonových bloků. Strop komory tvoří dvě snímatelná víka, opatřená tepelnou izolací a v tepelně namáhané oblasti ještě žárobetonovou deskou. Dno komory tvoří ocelový plech. Šikmý rošt je tvořen ze dvou typů masivních litinových roštnic, které jsou položeny na silnostěnných trubkách a jsou chlazeny vzduchem. Jednotlivé roštnice jsou snadno vyměnitelné.

The "ZKGK" hot water boiler, as the implemented boiler is referred to internally, consists of two basic parts. Gasification chamber and exchanger. Each part is manufactured and supplied separately. Both parts will be connected at the installation site. The gasification chamber is made of a steel structure with a lining made of hot concrete blocks. The shell of the chamber is formed by a water double wall made of steel sheets. The inner part of the double wall is provided with thermal insulation. The insulation is followed by a lining made of fired concrete blocks. The ceiling of the chamber consists of two removable lids, equipped with thermal insulation and, in the heat-stressed area, with a refractory concrete slab. The bottom of the chamber is made of sheet steel. The inclined grate consists of two types of massive cast-iron grates, which are laid on thick-walled pipes and are cooled by air. Individual grates are easily replaceable.
