Prototyp profilu je vyrobený dílec profilu SQ 50x50x5 v délce 6000 mm v produkční variantě vyztužení. V realizaci se uvažuje s dvěma variantami pojiva a to s polyesterem a vinylesterem. Za prototyp se považuje dílce SQ 50x50x5 vyrobený ze směsi, která splňuje podmínky pevností kategorie E30. Vzorek je vyrobený z polyesterové matrice a vyztužený vlákny z E-skla, a rohožemi ETM 450 a ZR300. Unikátnost profilu je v tom, že vnější rohož je z jednoho dílce s přeložením mezi 20-30mm. To je podstatný rozdíl oproti běžné skladbě vnějších rohoží ze 4 dílů. Dochází tak k úspoře materiálu vnější rohože ve výši 24%.
English abstract
The profile prototype is a manufactured part of the SQ 50x50x5 profile with a length of 6000 mm in the production version of the reinforcement. In the implementation, two variants of the binder are considered, namely polyester and vinylester. The prototype is component SQ 50x50x5 made from a mixture that meets the strength requirements of the E30 category. The sample is made of a polyester matrix and reinforced with E-glass fibers, and ETM 450 and ZR300 mats. The uniqueness of the profile is that the outer mat is made of one piece with an overlap between 20-30mm. This is a significant difference compared to the normal 4-part outer mat composition. This results in a saving of 24% of the material of the outer mat.
