Kontrolér umožňuje řídit elektrický proud do magnetoreologického tlumiče na základě zvoleného semiaktivního algoritmu řízení odpružení a měřených signálů. Kontrolér se skládá z PLC, rychlého proudového regulátoru a LCD dotykového panelu. PLC je osazeno moduly, do kterých je možné připojit senzory nutné pro řízení MR tlumičů. PLC obsahuje také výstupní analogový modul, kterým se ovládá rychlý proudový regulátor regulující elektrický proud do cívky tlumiče. Ovládání kontroléru je možné pomocí dotykového LCD, na kterém se v reálném čase zobrazují měřené údaje z čidel. Rychlost regulační smyčky je 1 ms. Kontrolér umožňuje řízení proudu v rozsahu 0 – 3 A, přičemž náběžná či sestupná hrana proudu je kratší než 1 ms.
English abstract
The controller makes it possible to control the electric current to the magnetorheological damper based on the selected semi-active suspension control algorithm and the measured signals. The controller consists of PLC, fast current regulator and LCD touch panel. The PLC is equipped with modules to which you can connect the sensors required to control the MR dampers. The PLC also contains an analog output module that controls a fast current regulator that regulates the electric current to the damper coil. Control of the controller is possible using a touch LCD, on which the measured data from the sensors are displayed in real time. The speed of the control loop is 1 ms. The controller enables current control in the range of 0 – 3 A, while the rising or falling edge of the current is shorter than 1 ms.
