Elektromagnetický ventil umožňuje proporcionálně měnit tlumící síly DCC tlumiče v závislosti na velikosti ovládacího proudu. Návrh vychází z komerčně dostupného CES ventilu, pro který byl vyroben specifický elektromagnetický aktuátor. Ten potlačil vznik vířivých proudů a umožnil odlehčení setrvačných hmot. Ventil pracuje s rozsahy proudů o 0 A do 2 A a po připojení k DCC tlumiči je schopen vyvodit tlumící sílu 1700 N a to v tahu i tlaku. Doba odezvy samotného aktuátoru odpovídá 1,6 ms. A doba nárustu síly na 63 % odpovídá 8,1 ms při rychlosti pístnice 0,3 m/s.
English abstract
The electromagnetic valve makes it possible to control the damping forces of the DCC damper proportionally depending on the magnitude of the control current. The design is based on a commercially available CES valve for which a specific electromagnetic actuator was manufactured. the design secured a decrease of the formation of eddy currents and also decreased inertial masses. The valve works with current ranges of 0 A to 2 A and after connection to the DCC damper it is able to derive a damping force of 1700 N in both tension and pressure. The response time of the actuator itself corresponds to 1.6 ms. And the force rise time to 63% corresponds to 8.1 ms at a piston rod speed of 0.3 m / s.
