2-WP03-003: This system for a wheel-rail wear and noise reduction covers a wayside application of lubricant for the rail gauge face and friction modifier to top of the rail, combined into a single and smart device. Both the applications are automatically and independently controlled based on specific frequency bands of the noise monitored around the track curve.
