Gears mounting for high transmitted torque and low impact on NVH

2-WP07-002 (TN01000026/2-V16) – Functional sample of the transmission is designed for the Zetor Forterra / Crystal tractors range. The construction is based on the original serial production variant, which was modified in the area of the design of the transmission shafts bearings, namely the shafts in the clutch and gearbox housing in order to increase the maximum value of the torque transmitted from the engine. Furthermore, the mounting of the differential pinion was newly designed with regard to the minimization of elastic deformation and thus the subsequent reduction of the transmission error and a targeted increase of lifetime of the gears. The key structural elements of the functional sample have been designed with a goal to easy applicability to series production.
