Original abstract

Výsledek se zkládá ze dvou částí: 1. část Optimalizovaná nosná struktura stroje KL285., 2. část Optimalizovaná bezpečnost stroje. Návrh nosné struktury soustruhu KL285, který je řešen pokročilými metodami topologické a parametrické optimalizace. Struktura je navržena s ohledem na minimalizaci hmotnosti, maximalizaci tuhosti stroje a minimalizaci mechanickcých deformací při tepelném zatěžování. Dále bylo u nosné struktury optimalizováno umístění, počet a forma (pevné nebo plovoucí) patek pro uložení stroje na základ. Více informací ve výzkumných zprávách V-17-072 a V-19-038. Dále byla posouzena aoptimalizována bezpečnost. Více informací ve výzkumných zprávách Z-19-005 a Z-19-006.

English abstract

This resul consist of two parts: 1. Optimized base structure of the KL285 machine tool, 2. Optimized machine tool Safety. The design of the KL285 lathe base structure, which is aided with advanced methods of topological and parametricka optimization. The base structure is designed according to minimize weight, maximalize stiffness of the machine tool and minimize mechanical deformations caused by thermal loading. The base structure is also optimized for number, location and type (fixed or sliding) of the machine tool footings. The research reports V-17-072 and V-19-038 provide more information. The safety rules was optimized and applied. The research reports Z-19-005 and Z-19-006 provide more information.
