Pro realizaci zkoušek nízkocyklové únavy za podmínek víceosého zatěžování a zvýšených teplot byl zkonstruován, realizován a experimentálně ověřen zkušební přípravek. Přípravek umožňuje realizaci požadovaných zkoušek zajištěním souososti zkušebního vzorku s aktivními částmi zkušebního stroje. Dále umožňuje plynulý přechod mezi tahem a tlakem, přenos kroutícího momentu ze zkušebního stroje na vzorek a umožňuje zkoušky vzorku za vyšších teplot a chlazení přípravku pro eliminaci přenosu tepla ze zkušebního přípravku do zkušebního stroje.
English abstract
The testing fixture was designed, realized and experimentally verified for implementation of low-cycle fatigue tests under the multi-axial loading conditions and elevated temperatures. The fixture enables realization of required tests by ensuring the alignment of the specimen with active parts of testing machine. Next, it enables a smooth transition between the tension and compression, transmission of torque from testing machine to specimen and enables testing of specimen under the elevated temperatures and cooling of fixture for elimination of heat transfer from testing fixture to the testing machine.
