Automobilový tlumič s nastavitelným tlumením umožňuje simulovat stav vadného, i plně funkčního tlumiče v automobilu. Změna jeho vlastností se provádí buďto mechanickou úpravou jednotlivých přepouštěcích ventilů (v pístu a zpětném ventilu), nebo záměnou tlumičového oleje za jiný s jinými vlastnostmi, nebo natlakováním tlumiče, popř. kombinací uvedených způsobů. Tlumič slouží k ověření jednotlivých metod bezdemontážní diagnostiky automobilových tlumičů, zda jejich výsledky korektně reflektují skutečný stav automobilového tlumiče.
English abstract
The automotive shock absorber with adjustable damping allows to simulate the defective and even the fully functional conditions of the shock absorber in the car. Changing of its properties is done either by mechanically adjusting the individual reliefs valves (in the piston and the check valve) or by replacing the shock oil with another one with different properties, by compressing the shock absorber, or by combining these methods. The shock absorber serves to verify the individual methods of the non-disassembly diagnostics of the automotive shock absorbers as to whether their results correctly reflect the real state of the automotive shock absorber.
