Original abstract

Several sets of experiments were made to obtain proper structure of hydroxyapatite (HA) scaffolds for tissue engineering. Blocks were prepared using direct foaming method of ceramic suspension, set via epoxy-curing reaction. Structures of porous blocks were evaluated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and porosity measurements. Procedure with the best structure results were chosen for milling tests.
