Original abstract
This paper proposes the initial design of a vibration microgenerator for generating electrical energy from mechanical energy with electric output up to 1mW. The vibration microgenerator is located on the part of machine, which generates vibration while in operation. This mechanical vibration with amplitude of 10 ěm and frequency about 40 – 50 Hz is the source of mechanical energy.
