Diagnostický software slouží ke sběru a analýze dat z testeru automobilového závěsu. K realizaci programu bylo využito jazyka LabVieW. Software komunikuje s připojenou měřicí kartou a zaznamenává data z připojeného snímače síly a otáček. V grafickém rozhraní je možno řídit postup měření závěsu kola vozidla a následně analyzovat výsledky měření. Kritériem pro hodnocení technického stavu tlumení sledovaného vozidla jsou zjištěné hodnoty přítlaku na jednotlivých kolech. Program umožňuje také ukládání výsledků měření do vestavěné databáze a tisk zkušebních protokolů.
English abstract
The diagnostic software is used to acquire and analyze data from the vehicle suspension testing device. LabVIEW language was used for implementation. The software communicates with the connected measuring card and records data from force and shaft speed transducers. The graphical user interface allows measurement procedure control and analysis of the obtained results. Values of the pressure force on individual wheels are the criterion for the evaluation of the technical condition of monitored vehicle suspension. The program also allows saving the measurement results to a built-in database and printing of test reports.
